Refund policy

We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.


Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.


EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time.
